highlights 2022

After an inspiring 2 years photographing every sunrise it felt only natural to continue this practise in 2022. I also realised how beneficial my morning meditations had become for my well being. Having time in nature, absorbed and connected to the environment around me is the best way to start each day. I still love how everyday is so different, with subtle or sometimes dramatic changes in the, clouds, wind, sea state, humidity and tides.

Being part of something greater than ourselves helps to keep life in perspective. The connections with the early morning community are also vitally important, conversations that may be in passing or in depth. They all build layers of a  positive sense of self and belonging.
